A maximum of 30 youth, from all backgrounds, will unite to create and to discover the arts, Blacks’ contributions to the arts, their individual gifts, friendship, virtuous values and community building. Camp ends with a festive finale Showcase and a Rites of Passage Ceremony celebrating Community and the unique gifts each brings to the community. Family, friends and the public are invited....
