Bellinghamn Cooperative School offers weekly day camps throughout the summer, for children aged 3-14. Camp sessions feature arts and crafts as well as nature studies, with the school gardens providing a wealth of learning and play opportunities. A daily routine that includes reading and writing is also a part of each session. A highlight every summer is the American Girls day camp week. American history comes alive with theater, crafts, games and snacks from each of the time periods featured in the American Girls books. Girls as young as 5 and as old as 17 attend the American Girls week. All day camps run Monday through Friday and include hands-on learning, plenty of time outdoors, and lots of fun! Preschool day camps run from 9am to 1pm; school-age camps run from 9am to 3pm. After-camp care is also available until 5.30pm. Camp themes vary from week to week.
