Blue Tree is a creative summer program for girls entering 7th-12th grades. Our sessions are two weeks long, with both day and residential options.Residential students live in the dorms and make it their home away from home. Day students attend 8:45am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri and are welcome to stay through dinner and evening activities for no additional charge.

We offer programs at beautiful campus locations: Bryn Mawr College (Philadelphia, PA) and Smith College (Northampton, MA). These are reknowned all-women's liberal arts college and wonderful settings for our camp!

We offer a variety of creative, project-based classes like Fashion Design, Creative Writing, Modern Dance, Acting & Improv, Toy Design, Illustration & Story Arts, Urban Art, and Zine Workshop. Girls choose their favorite two classes, and all options are rigorous, fun and completely stress-free.

At our Bryn Mawr location, we welcome 60-70 girls per session, and at our Smith location, we host 20-30 girls per session. Our students come from the Northeast, across the states, and international locations. We have a great variety of personalities in our students, and in our staff. Some girls come to camp with a friend, but most come on their own. Girls leave with new friends, strong skills and a great portfolio piece!

We have our own dorm building - it is key-card access only and staff live on the halls with the students, for safety and to give it a home-away-from-home feel. We offer plenty of activities in the afternoons and evenings, and girls also like just hanging out in the hall lounges, or walking into the charming town of Bryn Mawr.
