Competitive Training Center (CTC) of Austin is launching a series of summer camp programs aimed at improving speed, agility and explosiveness for young athletes.

Under the direction of some of the best certified Athletic Performance Specialists in the area, campers 7-14 years old will learn the fundamental movement patterns necessary for present and future athletic development while campers 15-18 years old will be offered baseball or football specific camps for more precise functional training.
