Northland Farm\'s summer camp provides children with an opportunity to experience the joys of horseback riding. Campers will learn about and develop their abilities in the techniques of the English Hunt Seat style of riding. Children will also be introduced to the responsibilities and rewards of caring for the horses.Activities also include arts and crafts as well as sports and hikes. Campers learn how to identify plants, bugs, and animal tracks. While they\'re fishing, campers can also learn how to dig bait, tie knots, and cast and release. A guest artist will explore various media with them, including paint, clay, and collages of items collected during nature hikes.
