Our program offers daily martial arts classes. Campers will learn self defense tactics, nonviolent conflict resolution, discipline, respect, self control, and leadership skills. We offer fun interactive lessons about nutrition, substance abuse resistance skills, the importance of family, the importance of staying in school and a good education, planning for the future, and the value of giving. Campers will also take part in feildtrips to: the library, skating rink, basketball courts, parks, volunteer work, and participation in martial arts demonstrations.
