Join us as we discover who is emerging, nesting and migrating during our exciting Spring Break Eco Camp at the Desert Botanical Garden. An Incredible Journey: Meet the songbirds who visit the desert on their fantastical winged migrations and discover the dangers they encounter when you test your own wings in migration simulation games. The Best Nest: Search the Garden for different shapes, sizes, and styles of bird nests and try your hand at building your own cozy nest using natural and household materials. Big Changes for Small Critters: Encounter the amazing world of insects as we investigate the magic that enables insects to transform their squishy, young bodies into leaping, chomping, flying adult forms. Dynamic Duos: Explore the fascinating interactions between bugs and buds as you match insects with the plants they befriend and rely on for food, shelter and survival....
