Children come to Friends Academy from diverse backgrounds across Nassau County, western Suffolk County and parts of Queens. Once they arrive on our campus, they are encouraged to participate fully, no matter what their ability level.  We provide an environment that combines excellence in teaching with patience, good humor and kindness. this allows campers the chance to grow, take risks, feel a sense of belonging and, most importantly, have fun. Campers in grades 3 and older can choose from 24 sports and electives in our Sports Academy Plus; campers age 3 through 9 have fun with a variety of activities in General Camp.  Those in grades 5 and older can enroll in our Travel program combining fun overnights with local day trips. Academic tutoring and swimming are available as options.
