OVERVIEW

The Georgia Elite Advanced Camp incorporates world-class technique, intense drilling, and live wrestling for the more experienced wrestler looking to fine-tune his wrestling skills and add to his offensive attack.  Every aspect of our camp is organized and carefully detailed. Our technique and wrestling sessions include a planned sequence of instruction, unique drills, and review sessions. Campers will be shown new skills, be given the opportunity to execute them with high repetition, and expected to be able to demonstrate them effectively. Repetitive drill will be used to develop muscle memory and optimize retention.

Our instructors are among the best in the world and each of them know what is required to become a champion of the sport, as they have trained, competed, and coached at the highest level.  

Each day will consist of two technique sessions and one live wrestling session in the evening. Each technique session is instructed by one or more lead clinicians while current college-level wrestlers assist by providing mat support, increasing the coach:athlete ratio and maximizing individual attention.
