At the Journeymen Theatre Camp, students in grades 6-8 are free to learn about and experiment with being onstage and behind the scenes of a theatre. Campers can take their pick among a wide variety of daily activities: Journeymen offers workshops in acting, musical theatre, technical theatre, and design. No prior theatre experience is necessary, and all workshops are tailored to student interest. Counselors are trained in Theatre and Education, and committed to inspiring youth involvement in the arts. The Journeymen Camp runs from July 13 - July 17, 2009, 10:00am-2:00pm daily. Campers have the option of performing what they have learned on the final day! Journeymen is an unforgettable experience for middle-schoolers interested in theatre.
