The goal of the Learn to Sail (LTS) Program is to promote excellence in sailing skills in an atmosphere of safety and enthusiasm Participants are taught by certified instructors according to Canadian Yachting Association standards, with emphasis on safety, theory, boat handling, sportsmanship and, for those so inclined, competitive racing.
