The goal of the NO! GO! YELL! TELL! program
is to teach your children to be safe out in the world.
We teach the art of Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen, a beautiful martial art from Indonesia based in self-defense. Children learn animal movements, body awareness, coordination, and focus, plus compassion and respect for their teammates and instructors. Parents will see these positive skills carry over into their child’s daily life. NO! GO! YELL! TELL! is a fun and interactive program that develops simple but effective skills and strategies that kids can use for the rest of their lives. We use role play and lots of practice to create strong verbal and physical skills. Families will have peace of mind knowing they are doing everything they can to keep their children safe in the world.
We will learn a lot, have fun work outs, do arts and crafts projects and explore, hang out and play in a local park each day. We’ll participate in a selfless service project for our community and make lots of new friends.
