Outdoor fun with hands-on learning. Your child will learn new skills and explore the history and nature of Central Texas at the 1,100-acre McKinney Roughs Nature Park just 13 miles east of the Austin airport. Campers are grouped by age and enjoy a variety of activities and programs: nature study and exploration, wilderness skills, a challenge course, river raft trips, hikes, activities and crafts, and a swimming field trip to nearby Bastrop State Park, just 15 minutes away. Weekly camp sessions are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Before/after care and Austin shuttle service are available....
