ELITE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
NLP Performance Training Center, 31 S. Commercial St, Manchester NH
NLP’s Elite Athletic Development program enhances speed, strength,
agility, character development, teamwork, work ethic, and life skills
through the principles of strength and conditioning. The summer
program meets Monday-Thursday and can be done for as many as 8 weeks.
Participants may do as little as 2 days/week for 4 weeks, or as much
as 4 days/week for 8 weeks, with pricing and flexible payment plans.
NLP’s 10,000sf Performance Training Center is the only facility in NH
specifically dedicated for strength and conditioning.
Athletes workout in a controlled, focused environment and results are
guaranteed for those who show up consistently and give an honest
effort. All participants are evaluated at the beginning and end of
the program and test results are provided to show improvement. Average
improvements include a 0.3 decrease in 30-yard dash speed, 2.6 inch
increase in vertical jump, and enhances explosive strength, agility,
coordination, and much more. Registration is currently open, times
