SUMMER ROCK N' ROLL BOOT CAMP is an ideal program for the students who want an immersive summer day camp experience to hone their performance and ensemble expertise as well as learn valuable new music industry related skills.  We have two, one-week sessions:  

 July 14-18 and  July 21-25

These two sessions are an intensive level of the School of Rock Program.

-Join your friends in a group lesson everyday to learn new techniques and tricks of the trade.

-Learn a new rock song everyday.

-Work with local artists on stage presence, equipment care, Roadie techniques and more.

-Perform a live show at the weeks end.

 SONGWRITING & RECORDING WORKSHOP

August 4-15, 2008

The two-week session is going to get you into the world of writing and recording music.

- Break down the songwriting process: hooks, choruses, verses.

- Group lessons everyday

-Write new songs with a “group”

-Rehearse new songs

-Learn professional recording techniques

-Album Mastering (Is that how they got it to sound like that?)

-Perform your music live at weeks end.
