Red Oak, a not-for-profit private camp, is proud of its mission to develop children’s inner strengths through outdoor adventure.  Red Oak offers three traditional camps and several one-week session options. Campers develop self-reliance and leadership skills, while investigating nature, and building new friendships.  The camp boasts a climbing tower, a 21 element ropes course, and zip line for developing climbing skills, confidence, and physical fitness.  Campers also enjoy traditional camp activities, including archery, backpacking, canoeing, climbing, tennis, swimming, as well as the opportunity to develop interests in science and camp crafts under the guidance of our experienced staff.  Horseback riding is also available for our girls program.

This year Red Oak Camp is excited to announce four one-week resident camp sessions for boys and girls.  These short overnight sessions are ideal for campers who would like to try our program on a short-term basis.  Campers will have a chance to try many of our activities, including climbing and challenge course, and enjoy staying overnight in our cabins.

For teens, Red Oak offers the Junior Counselor Leadership program.  To learn more, visit http://redoakcamp.org/page2.html
