Discover the most rapidly growing sport in the Bay Area, the Olympic sport of fencing. Fencing combines the centuries old traditions of European Swordsmanship with the modern competition of Olympic style fencing. Learning the art of thrust and parry develops motor skills and hand eye coordination while you get an aerobic workout. But most of all fencing is incredibly fun. Fencing is a fast moving, exciting and very straetegic game that allows you to match wits with your opponent in a one to one competition that is exhilarating. The challenge of this rigorous discipline builds character and confidence. Fencing is a great way for kids and adults to have fun and learn a sport in which can participate for a lifetime. All camps at San Francisco Fencers' Club are taught by experienced fencing instructors. All fencing equipment is provided for camp members during class.
