SHA happily announces the return of our summer day camp program for 2008! With sessions throughout June, we have something for everyone from the beginner horse enthusiast to the competitive show rider.

____ Session 1, June 2- 6 - A fun, beginner level camp for young equestrians age 7-10. Bareback riding, horsey arts and crafts, games and tons of interaction with the lesson ponies are just some of the activites we have planned for your horse crazy camper.

____Session 2, June 9 - 13 - Equine management skills to help prepare children age 8 to 11 for the realities of horse ownership. Bathing, clipping, veterinary basics and more fun lessons will all be presented along with team building skills, projects and bareback riding.

____ Session 3, June 16 - 20 - Show Team "Boot" Camp for current and potential show students age 10 to 16. Learn the ins and outs of showing, from preparation, grooming and presentation to rules and judging. Covers several disciplines, including hunter, western and in-hand events, along with team building and projects.

____Session 4, June 23 - 27 - Trainers in Training "Boot" Camp for children interested in working in the equine
