You can’t become a better lacrosse player by just playing more lacrosse. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance Series featuring Ryan Ward will focus on:

• Developing power in your shot
• Increasing your speed towards the goal
• Improving agility on the field
• Reducing the likelihood of injury
• Lacrosse specific drills and techniques

The camp features both professional lacrosse skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training. Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.

Who: Lacrosse players ages 11-18 yrs old. The athletes will be split up by age first and then by skill level on the first day of camp. Age groups are: 11-13 and 14-18. Coaching will be provided by Ryan Ward of the MN Swarm.

Where: The camp will take place at McCann Park in Savage. The park’s address is 7125 South Park Drive, Savage, MN.

Full Gear is required for this camp! Campers must bring their own lunch.
