You can’t become a better athlete by just playing your sport. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on developing explosive power, increasing your speed, improving agility and reducing the likelihood of injury. The Nike Summer Series Performance Series camps are going to be held on Forsyth Country Day School Campus. The camps will feature both sport skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ training. Each athlete will receive some Nike product and be SPARQ tested. Sport skills will be taught by the Forsyth Country Day Head Coaches lead by former NBA star and Forsyth Country Day School Athletic Director, Rusty LaRue.
