It doesn’t matter what sport you play-you can’t become a better player by just playing more. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance series will focus on:

·        Developing explosive power

·        Increasing your speed

·        Improving your agility

·        Reducing the likelihood of injury

The camp features both skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training. Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.

Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance series will be highlighted by some of the area’s best coaches and players. Velocity’s own Sports Performance Coaches will be there to work on your speed, power and agility, to make you the best athlete you can be. All camps will be located in the Tinley Park area.

The camps will include area high school coaches offering instruction and specific skills that kids need to work on to play at the high school and college level.

Camps are filling up and area limited in size to assure your athlete gets the personal attention from our coaches that they need to improve.
