Learn mixed martial arts in a program that stresses the respect,
honor, and self-discipline of a traditional martial. Campers will learn
grappling, kicks, punches, elbows, throws and submissions in a safety conscious
environment. This camp is a four day per week reduced, but congruent prefight training program
for a MMA fighter. You will work through progressively more difficult
speed and strength drills as well as shoot/takedown, escape/defense and counter
skills.
