The camp introduces kids
between the ages of 7 and 14 to a variety of sports including baseball,
basketball, football, lacrosse and soccer to name a few. A fun fitness
component is included with the goal of helping kids understand that
exercise can be fun and that participation in competitive sports is a
means for them to live an active and healthy lifestyle well into their
adult years. The program develops fundamental skills through drills,
games, and contests, and ensures that they learn, improve, and maintain
