The SMARTS Summer Institute offers young people grades K-12 an opportunity to work with some of New England’s finest artists as they explore their creative potential through process and performance in creative writing, dance, drama, film/video, instrumental, vocal, and/or visual & graphic arts. The Summer Institute is about ideas, innovative and dynamic thinking and collaborations. A central theme provides the focal point for all the grade levels – the 2007 theme was “What If…?”....
