Through NHES’s Humane Education Program, we strive to foster a sentiment of kindness to animals in children and adults. By nurturing the natural empathy that children feel toward other living beings, NHES hopes to instill in them kindness and respect toward their fellow humans as well as the animals who share their lives. Each summer, NHES offers the Cool To Care Camp for children entering grades 4-8.
